Research 
With a farm to fork approach, the research activity aims to discover and transfer biological knowledge on the management of domestic animals, for efficient and sustainable production of both milk and meat of high intrinsic and perceived quality, with optimal animal well-being, enhancement of the human diet, and advancement of sound environmental practices.
